ARTICLE I - RECOGNITION. The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative for collective negotiations concerning the terms and conditions of employment for all building service personnel employed by the Board on a ten or twelve month basis, including: Exclusions: Supervisor of School Plant Maintenance and Services and such temporary, hourly personnel that may be needed in emergency situations and/or as summer replacements.
