ARTICLE IX - GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. 9.01 It is the mutual desire of the parties hereto that complaints of employees shall be adjusted as quickly as possible and it is generally understood that an employee has no grievance until he has first given to his supervisor an opportunity to adjust his complaint, and that such complaint shall be registered within fifteen working days of the alleged circumstances coming to the knowledge of the employee.
