Asbestos Analytical Services. (a) The Environmental Consultant’s in-house or subcontracted asbestos laboratory shall perform all asbestos analytical services required by the School District Office of Environmental Management and Services pursuant to the terms specified in this Contract. (b) The Environmental Consultant’s in-house or subcontracted asbestos laboratory must be able to perform the following tests: (i) Air Sample Analysis by Phase Contrast Microscopy (PCM), (ii) Bulk Sample Analysis by Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM), (iii) Air Sample Analysis by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), (iv) Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) Analysis Water Airborne Asbestos Fibers, and (v) TEM Gravimetric Non Friable Organically Bound Bulk Sample Analysis. (c) The Environmental Consultant or its subcontracted laboratory shall furnish, at all times, an adequate number of trained asbestos analytical personnel in a manner consistent with the interest of the School District Office of Environmental Management and Services and the requirements of this Contract. (d) Each Asbestos Analyst who will provide analytical services, either on-site or in the Environmental Consultant’s in-house asbestos laboratory or at a subcontracted asbestos laboratory, to the School District must be fully trained and certified in that analytical method, as required by all applicable regulations, including, but not limited to: (i) current registration in the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) Asbestos Analysts Registry (AAR), (ii) completion of NIOSH 582 course “Sampling and Evaluation Airborne Asbestos Dust” or equivalent, and (iii) completion of approved training in bulk sample analysis. (e) The Environmental Consultant’s in-house or subcontracted asbestos laboratory must be accredited, as required by the AHERA Regulations and the City of Philadelphia Asbestos Control Regulations (ACR), including current certification in the following: (i) National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP), (ii) American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), and (iii) Certification by the Philadelphia Department of Public Health as required by the ACR. (f) The Environmental Consultant’s in-house and/or subcontracted asbestos laboratory must successfully participate in the following proficiency testing: (i) AIHA Proficiency Analytical Testing (XXX) Program, (ii) NIST/NVLAP Bulk Proficiency Program, and (iii) NIST/NVLAP TEM Proficiency Program.   • Manufacturing Services Jabil will manufacture the Product in accordance with the Specifications and any applicable Build Schedules. Jabil will reply to each proposed Build Schedule that is submitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement by notifying Company of its acceptance or rejection within three (3) business days of receipt of any proposed Build Schedule. In the event of Jabil’s rejection of a proposed Build Schedule, Jabil’s notice of rejection will specify the basis for such rejection. When requested by Company, and subject to appropriate fee and cost adjustments, Jabil will provide Additional Services for existing or future Product manufactured by Jabil. Company shall be solely responsible for the sufficiency and adequacy of the Specifications [***].

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include: (a) administering, managing and maintaining Party A’s information application system and website system infrastructure; (b) providing system optimization plans and implementing optimization features; (c) assuring the security and reliability of the website application systems; (d) procuring, installing and supporting the relevant products produced by Party B, and providing training in the use of those products; (e) managing and maintaining all network and providing technologies to assure the reliability and efficiency thereof; (f) providing information technology services and assuring the reliable operation of the information infrastructure.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB.   • Medical Services We do not Cover medical services or dental services that are medical in nature, including any Hospital charges or prescription drug charges.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Laboratory Services Covered Services include prescribed diagnostic clinical and anatomic pathological laboratory services and materials when authorized by a Member's PCP and HPN’s Managed Care Program.

  • Radiation Therapy/Chemotherapy Services This plan covers chemotherapy and radiation services. This plan covers respiratory therapy services. When respiratory services are provided in your home, as part of a home care program, durable medical equipment, supplies, and oxygen are covered as a durable medical equipment service.

  • Medical Services Plan Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment. The City shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums required by the plan.
