Proficiency Testing. Faculty will be compensated thirty dollars ($30) for each proficiency test they grade which can only be graded by faculty. tests which can be scored by machines or by another employee with a master key will be scored in the Learning skills Center. When requested by the xxxx/supervisor, faculty will be compensated one hun- dred dollars ($100) for each proficiency test they construct and grade. After the test has been constructed it will become the property of the College and will be kept on file in the xxxx’x office.

Proficiency Testing. Core Methods (chemical) Proficiency Testing- Chemical Core Annual Proportion of LRN-C proficiency tests (core methods) successfully passed by PHEP-funded laboratories Measurement Specifications Numerator: Number of LRN-C core methods successfully proficiency tested by the PHEP-funded laboratory Denominator: Total number of LRN-C core methods (9) Intent Recognition of a public health emergency requires accurate laboratory testing of samples to detect disease or potential exposure. Once a laboratory is qualified to test for certain biological or chemical agents, it is important to ensure both that this qualification is maintained, and that the awardee preparedness office is aware of the laboratory’s testing capability. The core methods are significant as they offer new technical fundamentals in the methods that provide the foundation of LRN-C laboratory capabilities. With the exception of Reported Data Element 5, no new data collection will be required outside of the existing proficiency testing conducted or sponsored by CDC’s LRN-C. The intent is to ensure that the awardee preparedness office is aware of proficiency testing activities and capabilities, and that information is validated by the awardee on an annual basis. Reporting Criteria Proficiency testing is conducted annually by CDC. Data will be collected for PHEP-funded LRN-C laboratories Level 1 and 2 only. All Level 1 and Level 2 laboratories are expected to participate. Data collected for this measure will fall within BP11: August 10, 2011, through August 9, 2012. Reported Data Elements 1-4 are collected internally by the LRN-C program. Awardees will submit information for Reported Data Element 5. Results will be shared with the Division of State and Local Readiness. Proficiency testing data must be validated by the awardee preparedness office in PERFORMS. Number of LRN-C core methods successful proficiency tested by the PHEP-funded laboratory (numerator) 2. Total number of LRN-C core methods for which the PHEP-funded laboratory is qualified to test 3. Proficiency Testing. The Service Provider shall give each Officer and Custody staff a written examination consisting of at least 25 questions after each classroom-training course is completed. The Service Provider may give practical exercises when appropriate. The COTR shall approve the questions before the Service Provider can administer the examination. To pass any examination, each officer and custody staff must achieve a score of 80% or better. The Service Provider must provide the COTR with the eligible Officer or Custody staff’s completed exam before the Officer or Custody staff may be assigned to duties under the agreement. Should an employee fail the written test on the initial attempt, he or she shall be given additional training by the Service Provider and be given one additional opportunity to retake the test. If the employee fails to complete and pass the test the second time, the Service Provider shall remove the employee from duties on this agreement.
Proficiency Testing. 153.01 Teachers shall have access to all proficiency test results for their students. 153.02 Proficiency test results are a measurement of student learning. The current political climate requires the staff, the Administration, and the Board to take all appropriate measures possible to maintain and improve our stature and credibility with the public as regard proficiency test results. Proficiency test results shall not be part of the teacher evaluation process.
Proficiency Testing. Retention/Promotion of Pupils While every reasonable effort shall be made to encourage improvement in the performance of pupils who are retained, neither the school district nor the bargaining unit member(s) can guarantee such improvement. Members who are required to address pupil retention/advancement after the close of the regular school year for pupils will be compensated for the time spent in such activities on an hourly rate basis on the membersdaily rate of pay. Members may be required to submit timesheets reflecting the time spent.

  • Performance Testing 7.2.1 The Design-Builder shall direct and supervise the tests and, if necessary, the retests of the Plant using Design-Builder’s supervisory personnel and the Air Emissions Tester shall conduct the air emissions test, in each case, in accordance with the testing procedures set forth in Exhibit A (the “Performance Tests”), to demonstrate, at a minimum, compliance with the Performance Guarantee Criteria. Owner is responsible for obtaining Air Emissions Tester and for ensuring Air Emissions Tester’s timely performance. Design-Builder shall cooperate with the Air Emissions Tester to facilitate performance of all air emissions tests. Design-Builder shall not be held responsible for the actions of Owner’s employees and third parties involved in the Performance Testing, including but not limited to Air Emissions Tester.

  • Random Testing Notwithstanding any provisions of the Collective Agreement or any special agreements appended thereto, section 4.6 of the Canadian Model will not be applied by agreement. If applied to a worker dispatched by the Union, it will be applied or deemed to be applied unilaterally by the Employer. The Union retains the right to grieve the legality of any imposition of random testing in accordance with the Grievance Procedure set out in this Collective Agreement.

  • Drug Testing (A) The state and the PBA agree to drug testing of employees in accordance with section 112.0455, F.S., the Drug-Free Workplace Act.

  • Repair Testing At the time of repair of a LIS trunk group, at no additional charge, tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.

  • Alcohol Testing Alcohol testing will be conducted by using an evidential breath testing device (EBT) approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Non-EBT devices may be used for initial screening tests. A screening test will be conducted first. If the result is an alcohol concentration level of less than 0.02, the test is considered a negative test. If the alcohol concentration level is 0.02 or more, a second confirmation test will be conducted. Levels of .04 or greater on the confirmation test will be considered positive.
