Assignment of Overtime Work. Subject to operational requirements, NAV CANADA shall make every reasonable effort: (a) to offer overtime work on an equitable basis among readily available qualified employees who normally perform the work at the location; (b) to give employees who are required to work overtime adequate advance notice of this requirement.
