Common use of Association Grievance Clause in Contracts

Association Grievance. The Association may file a grievance as defined in this Agreement which involves all or a number of nurses covered by this Agreement. Prior to the filing of the written Association Grievance, an Association Representative will discuss the alleged grievance with the Human Resources Manager or designate. If the Association Representative is not satisfied with the response of the Human Resources Manager, such grievance shall be submitted at Step 2 of the grievance procedure.
