Common use of Association Grievance Clause in Contracts

Association Grievance. 16.10 Where any difference between the Employer and the Association arises from the interpretation, application, administration or alleged contravention of the Agreement, the Association shall be entitled to file a grievance with the Director, Centre for Employee Relations at the Formal Resolution Stage of the grievance procedure provided it does so within thirty (30) days following the occurrence or origination of the circumstances giving rise to the grievance.
