Association - Major Damage. If the amount of the estimated costs of reconstruction and repair which are the responsibility of the Association is more than $500,000, then the construction fund shall be disbursed in payment of such costs in the manner contemplated by Subsection 15.4(a)(i) above, but then only upon the further approval of an architect or engineer qualified to practice in Florida and employed by the Association to supervise the work.
