Association Release Time. The Employer agrees to permit a total of three (3) days per school year (September-August) to be used by Officers and Stewards of the Association for Association business. Such days shall not accumulate from year-to-year. The Association shall be required to provide the Superintendent of Schools, or his designee, with 24 hours advance written notice of its desire to use a day. Such notice shall state the reason for the request. Additional days may be granted at the discretion of the Superintendent.
