Assumption of Work by Others. Work substantially the same as work previously performed by employees who have been laid off shall not be performed by students, supervisory or management employees, nor shall such work be contracted out, if the work is not currently being performed by such persons.

  • Assignment of Work (a) The parties agree that it is essential to ensure that all employees be advised of their job expectations, duties and responsibilities.

  • Coordination of Work Licensee shall be responsible for coordination of its Equipment installation work to avoid any interference with existing utilities, substructures, facilities and/or SFMTA transit operations. Licensee shall be the City's point of contact for all Equipment installation and except in case of emergency, all communications concerning Equipment installation shall be through Licensee's field representatives.
