At the Regional Level. The Borrower shall cause ANAC-CI to establish and thereafter maintain a Delegation Regionale of the Network (DR) in each of the following six regions: Korhogo, Gagnoa, Bouake, Man, Abidjan-Est and Abidjan-Ouest. With respect to Part B of the Project, the DRs shall provide supervision and support to XXXXx in the geographical area of their competence. Each DR shall be staffed with a coordinator, two regional promoters and two controllers, all with qualifications and experience satisfactory to the Association, and support staff in adequate numbers.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Service Conditions Customer acknowledges that in the event of a service issue, Customer is responsible for on-site cooperative testing with LightEdge Technical Support to assist in the diagnosis of the trouble. Customer agrees to be bound to current terms of LightEdge Acceptable Use Policy. Terms of the Acceptable Use Policy are subject to change without notice.   • CREDIT FOR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE All employees shall be classified according to previous comparable supermarket experience. Previous comparable experience shall be granted on the following basis: A. Out of the industry for less than one (1) year will receive credit for fifty percent (50%) of their previous experience to a maximum credit of twelve (12) months' credit for previous experience. B. Out of the industry for more than one (1) year, will receive credit for fifty percent (50%) of their previous experience up to a maximum of six (6) months' credit for previous experience. No previous experience will be considered unless it has been stated by the employee on his or her Application for Employment form. (This provision shall not apply where employees fail to indicate their previous comparable experience by agreement with Management.) New employees having previous comparable experience may be paid at a lower scale of wage than their claimed experience calls for but not less than the minimum rate established by this Agreement for an evaluation period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of employment, providing that if the employee's services are retained, then after the forty-five (45) day period they shall receive any difference between the evaluation rate paid and the rate for which their experience qualifies them retroactive to the date their employment started, and shall receive written notification showing the credit granted for previous experience. In the event of any disagreement as to the credit granted for previous experience, such disagreement shall be considered a Grievance and the Grievance Procedure provided in this Agreement shall apply. Providing that the Employer has: i) Provided the employee with the "New Employee" letter provided for in Section 3.02 of this Agreement not later than two (2) weeks from the date of employment, and ii) Provided the employee with the written notification showing credit granted for previous experience within the forty-five (45) day period required by this Section, and iii) Provided the Union with a copy of the letter showing credit granted for previous experience within the same period then no consideration will be given to any disagreement pertaining to credit for previous experience if presented later than sixty (60) days from the date of employment.

  • Check Requirements Any image of a check that I transmit to you must accurately and legibly provide all the information on the front and back of the check at the time presented to me by the drawer. Prior to capturing the original check, I will indorse the back of the original check. My endorsement will include "For Directions E- Deposit Only" in addition to my signature. The image of the check transmitted to you must accurately and legibly provide, among other things, the following information: (1) the information identifying the drawer and the paying bank that is preprinted on the check, including complete and accurate MICR information and the signature(s); and (2) other information placed on the check prior to the time an image of the check is captured, such as any required identification written on the front of the check and any endorsements applied to the back of the check. The image quality for the check will meet the standards for image quality established by the American National Standards Institute ("ANSI"), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, and any other regulatory agency, clearing house or association. Rejection of Deposit. You are not liable for any service or late charges levied against me due to your rejection of any item. In all cases, I am responsible for any loss or overdraft plus any applicable fees to my Account due to an item being returned. Items Returned Unpaid. A written notice will be sent to me of transactions you are unable to process because of returned items. With respect to any item that I transmit to you for remote deposit that you credit to my Account, in the event such item is dishonored, I authorize you to debit the amount of such item from the Account.

  • Technical Objections to Grievances It is the intent of both Parties of this Agreement that no grievance shall be defeated merely because of a technical error, other than time limitations in processing the grievance through the grievance procedure. To this end, an arbitration board shall have the power to allow all necessary amendments to the grievance and the power to waive formal procedural irregularities in the processing of a grievance, in order to determine the real matter in dispute and to render a decision according to equitable principles and the justice of the case.

  • Safe Conditions Whenever an employee reports a condition which the employee feels represents a violation of safety or health rules and regulations or which is an unreasonable hazard to persons or property, such conditions shall be promptly investigated. The appropriate administrator shall reply to the concern, in writing, if the employee's concern is communicated in writing.

  • Minimum Staffing The Employer agrees to employ sufficient registered staff and health care aides/ Personal Support Workers to meet the staffing needs that may be set from time to time by statute and/or regulation. In the event that there is insufficient staffing to meet this undertaking, the Employer will post vacancies so that any unmet care undertaking will be satisfied. (a) The Employer will assign at least the same number of total bargaining unit RN hours that are equal to those hours that were scheduled in the last week ending prior to June 30, 2009. For clarity, this includes existing vacancies. (b) In the event the Employer cannot meet their ongoing obligation for scheduled RN hours in part (a) above, it shall so notify the Union and fully disclose the reasons thereof. (c) If the failure to staff is a legitimate recruitment issue, there shall be no violation of this Agreement. The Employer will make reasonable efforts to recruit a replacement and will provide the Union with an outline of recruitment activities. (d) Further, if there is a reduction in beds, occupancy levels or CMI or its equivalent below the levels in effect as of June 30, 2009, a reduction in the complement shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement, as long as the reduction is proportionate. (e) If there is any other reason for the failure to staff in accordance with this article, the Union and Employer will attempt to find a resolution and if unable to do so, the matter may be referred to Arbitration. (f) The Arbitrator/Arbitration Board will have authority to determine whether the reduction in staffing was appropriate and shall have jurisdiction to award an appropriate remedy.

  • Notice and Evidence Requirements (a) An Employee must give at least 10 weeks written notice of the intention to take parental leave, including the proposed start and end dates. At this time, the Employee must also provide a statutory declaration stating: (i) that the Employee will become either the Primary Carer or non- Primary Carer of the Child, as appropriate; (ii) the particulars of any parental leave taken or proposed to be taken or applied for by the Employee’s Spouse; and (iii) that for the period of parental leave the Employee will not engage in any conduct inconsistent with their contract of employment. (b) At least four weeks before the intended commencement of parental leave, the Employee must confirm in writing the intended start and end dates of the parental leave, or advise the Employer of any changes to the notice provided in subclause 80.6(a) , unless it is not practicable to do so. (c) The Employer may require the Employee to provide evidence which would satisfy a reasonable person of: (i) in the case of birth-related leave, the date of birth of the Child (including without limitation, a medical certificate or certificate from a registered midwife, stating the date of birth or expected date of birth); or (ii) in the case of adoption-related leave, the commencement of the placement (or expected day of placement) of the Child and that the Child will be under 16 years of age as at the day of placement or expected day of placement. (d) An Employee will not be in breach of this clause if failure to give the stipulated notice is occasioned by the birth of the Child or placement occurring earlier than the expected date or in other compelling circumstances. In these circumstances the notice and evidence requirements of this clause should be provided as soon as reasonably practicable.

  • Fingerprinting Requirements Contractor hereby acknowledges that, if applicable, it is required to comply with the requirements of Education Code Section 45125.1 with respect to fingerprinting of employees who may have contact with the District's students. The Contractor shall also ensure that its Contractors on the Project also comply with the requirements of Section 45125.1. If required by Education Code Section 45125.1, the Contractor must provide for the completion of a Fingerprint Certification form, in the District’s required format, prior to any of the Contractor's employees, or those of any other Contractors, coming into contact with the District's students. Contractor further acknowledges that other fingerprinting requirements may apply, as set forth in Education Code Section 45125 et seq., and will comply with any such requirements.

  • FINANCIAL REPORTING; MONEY MARKET FUND SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following financial reporting services for each Fund:  Financial Statement Preparation & Review · Prepare the Fund’s annual and semi-annual shareholder reports2 for shareholder delivery and for inclusion in Form N-CSR; · Prepare the Fund’s fiscal quarterly schedule of portfolio holdings2 for inclusion in Form N-Q; · Prepare, circulate and maintain the Fund’s financial reporting production calendar and track status of reporting cycles; · Coordinate N-SAR surveys; prepare and file (or coordinate the filing of) the Fund’s Form N-SAR; and · Prepare and coordinate the filing of the Fund’s monthly website files and Form N-MFP, as applicable to money market funds.  Typesetting Services · Create financial compositions for the applicable financial report and related EDGAR files; · Maintain country codes, industry class codes, security class codes and state codes; · Map individual general ledger accounts into master accounts to be displayed in the applicable financial reports; · Create components that will specify the proper grouping and sorting for display of portfolio information; · Create components that will specify the proper calculation and display of financial data required for each applicable financial report (except for identified manual entries, which BNY Mellon will enter); · Process, convert and load security and general ledger data; · Include data in financial reports provided from external parties to BNY Mellon which includes, but is not limited to: shareholder letters, “Management Discussion and Analysis” commentary, notes on performance, form of notes to financials, report of independent auditors, Fund management listing, service providers listing and Fund spectrums; 2 Requires “Typesetting Services” as described herein. · Generate financial reports using the Vendor’s capabilities which include the following: o table of contents; o schedules of investments; o statement of net assets; o statements of assets and liabilities; o statements of operation; o statements of changes; o statements of cash flows; o financial highlights; o notes to financial statements; o report of independent registered public accounting firm; o tax information; and o additional Fund information as mutually agreed in writing between BNY Mellon and a Fund. · Unless mutually agreed in writing between BNY Mellon and a Fund, solely with respect to typesetting services, BNY Mellon will use the same layout and format for every successive reporting period for the typeset reports. At the request of a Fund and upon the mutual written agreement of BNY Mellon and the Fund as to the scope of any changes and additional compensation of BNY Mellon, BNY Mellon will, or will cause the Vendor to, change the format or layout of reports from time to time.
