AT&T 9. STATE shall provide the necessary transmission and routing to exchange Authorized Services traffic between Sprint and any other Third Party that, according to the LERG, is also Interconnected to AT&T 9-STATE in the same LATA in which Sprint is Interconnected to AT&T 9-STATE. 4.2 Upon Sprint providing AT&T 9-STATE notice that Sprint will begin using Interconnection Facilities to provide a Transit Service at stated rate(s), such rate(s) shall be added to this Agreement by amendment and AT&T 9-STATE will provide Sprint sixty (60) days notice if AT&T 9-STATE desires to use such service. 4.3 The Party that provides a Transit Service under this Agreement (“Transit Provider”) shall only charge the other Party (“Originating Party”) the applicable Transit Rate for Transit Service Traffic that the Transit Provider delivers to the Third Party network upon which such traffic is terminated. Neither Section 251(b) nor Section 251(c) of the Telecommunications Act, nor any FCC regulation implementing the Telecommunications Act, imposes a transit obligation. Accordingly, the rates, terms and conditions pursuant to which AT&T South Carolina will provide transit service to Sprint are included in a separate Commercial Agreement, not in the partiesinterconnection agreement. Furthermore, the transit rates are not subject to TELRIC pricing methodology. However, in the event that the Commission decides, over AT&T’s objection, to address Transit Service in this proceeding, it should adopt AT&T’s proposed language in the Transit Exhibit submitted with the Agreement. AT&T 9. STATE agrees to share proportionally in the recurring costs of any shared facilities purchased by Sprint PCS from the applicable tariffs. AT&T 9-STATE 9- STATE’s proportionate use of the Facilities is equal to the amount of all Section 251(b)(5) Calls traffic originated on AT&T 9-STATE 9-STATE’s network in the State, compared to the amount of all traffic exchanged between the Parties in the State. 2.3.2.

  • AT&T-13STATE will not block switched access traffic delivered to any AT&T-13STATE Access Tandem Switch or Local/Access Tandem Switch for completion on CLEC’s network. The Parties understand and agree that Meet Point trunking arrangements are available and functional only to/from switched access customers who directly connect with any AT&T-13STATE Access Tandem Switch or Local/Access Tandem Switch that CLEC’s switch subtends in each LATA. In no event will AT&T-13STATE be required to route such traffic through more than one of its Tandem Switches for connection to/from switched access customers. AT&T-13STATE shall have no responsibility to ensure that any switched access customer will accept traffic that CLEC directs to the switched access customer.

  • AT&T-12STATE acknowledges that CLEC may have an embedded base of one-way trunks ordered and installed prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement that were used for termination of CLEC’s Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic to AT&T-12STATE (Embedded Base). To the extent that CLEC has such an Embedded Base, CLEC shall only augment trunk groups in the Embedded Base with the mutual agreement of the Parties. CLEC shall not order any new one-way trunk groups following the Effective Date of this Agreement. Moreover, the Parties agree that the Embedded Base will be converted to two-way trunk groups under the following circumstances:

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.

  • Telemetry The Meters shall be capable of sending meter telemetry data, and Seller shall provide Buyer with simultaneous access to such data at no additional cost to Buyer. This provision is in addition to Seller’s requirements under ISO-NE Rules and Practices, including ISO-NE Operating Procedure No. 18.

  • AT&T-22STATE and CLEC agree to provide the other Party with notification of any discovered errors in the record exchange process within ten (10) Business Days of the discovery.

  • Local Control Center, Metering and Telemetry The NTO shall operate, pursuant to ISO Tariffs, ISO Procedures, Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, a suitable local control center(s) with all equipment and facilities reasonably required for the ISO to exercise ISO Operational Control over NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control, and for the NTO to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement. Operation of the NYS Power System is a cooperative effort coordinated by the ISO control center in conjunction with local control centers and will require the exchange of all reasonably necessary information. The NTO shall provide the ISO with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) information on facilities listed in Appendices A-1 and A-2 herein as well as on generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to the NTO’s transmission facilities pursuant to the ISO OATT. The NTO shall provide metering data for its transmission facilities to the ISO, unless other parties are authorized by the appropriate regulatory authority to provide metering data. The NTO shall collect and submit to the ISO billing quality metering data and any other information for its transmission facilities required by the ISO for billing purposes. The NTO shall provide to the ISO the telemetry and other operating data from generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to its transmission facilities that the ISO requires for the operation of the NYS Power System. The NTO will establish and maintain a strict code of conduct to prevent such information from reaching any unauthorized person or entity.

  • System Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. To the extent that design work is necessary in addition to that already accomplished in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for the Interconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform or cause to be performed such work. If all the Parties agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades.

  • SUBLOOPS 45.1. Sprint will offer unbundled access to copper subloops and subloops for access to multiunit premises wiring. Sprint will consider all requests for access to subloops through the ICB process due to the wide variety of interconnections available and the lack of standards. A written response will be provided to CLEC covering the interconnection time intervals, prices and other information based on the ICB process as set forth in this Agreement.

  • SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.

  • Access to Network Interface Device (NID 2.4.3.1. Due to the wide variety of NIDs utilized by BellSouth (based on subscriber size and environmental considerations), Mpower may access the on-premises wiring by any of the following means: BellSouth shall allow Mpower to connect its loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premise. Mpower agrees to install compatible protectors and test jacks and to maintain the protection system and equipment and to indemnify BellSouth pursuant to Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
