Applicable Tariffs. HFRM will pay the Applicable Base Tariffs for all quantities of Product transported, stored or loaded at, on or through the Applicable Assets in each Contract Quarter during the Applicable Term up to and including the Applicable Incentive Tariff Threshold for such Applicable Asset set forth on Exhibit C, shall pay the Applicable Incentive Tariff for quantities in excess of the Incentive Tariff Threshold and, if applicable, shall pay the Excess Tariff for the Applicable Asset for quantities in excess of the Excess Tariff Threshold.
Applicable Tariffs. Utility’s tariffs, including all rules, rates, schedules and preliminary statements, governing electric energy service to Customers in Utility’s service territory, as filed with and approved by the Commission and, if applicable, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
Applicable Tariffs. Edison’s tariffs, including all rules, rates, schedules and preliminary statements, governing electric energy service to Customers in Edison’s service territory, as filed with and approved by the Commission, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Applicable Tariffs. HFRM shall pay (i) the applicable Base Tariffs for all quantities of its Product transported, stored or loaded at, on or through the Applicable Assets in each Contract Quarter during the Applicable Term up to and including the applicable Incentive Tariff Threshold for such Applicable Asset set forth on Exhibit C, (ii) the applicable Incentive Tariff for quantities in excess of the Incentive Tariff Threshold and, (iii) if applicable, the Excess Tariff for the Applicable Asset for quantities in excess of the Excess Tariff Threshold. HFRM shall pay the applicable fees for all quantities of its Product transported, stored or loaded at, on or through the HFRM Refined Products Terminals and the Xxxxxxxx Refined Products Terminals in each DB1/ 133359858.1 Contract Quarter during the Applicable Term set forth on Exhibit N-2 and Exhibit R-2.”
c. Sections 2.2(d), 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.14 and 2.15 of the Agreement are hereby amended by removing all references to Xxxxxxxx therein.
Applicable Tariffs. 1 Public Service Company of Oklahoma and Southwestern Electric Power Company both of which do business in the SPP as AEP.
Applicable Tariffs. AES's sales of Power and/or Other Services under this Agreement shall be pursuant to AES's FERC Electric Rate Schedule, Original Volume No. 1 (Docket #ER99-1773-000), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B. NSI's sales of Power and/or Other Services under this Agreement shall be pursuant to NSI's FERC Electric Rate Schedule, Original Volume 1 (Docket #ER99-971-000), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Applicable Tariffs. Customer shall elect from the following tariffed services, as referenced from Company’s Tariff and Rate Book, Section 6.0, subject to Company approval for the accounts listed in Appendix A. Applicable Tariffs: Commercial & Industrial Firm/Interruptible Class 1 Transport Commercial & Industrial Firm/Interruptible Class 2 Transport Commercial & Industrial Firm/Interruptible Class 3 Transport Commercial & Industrial Firm/Interruptible Class 4 Transport Commercial & Industrial Firm/Interruptible Class 5 Transport Agricultural Grain Dryer Firm/Interruptible Class 1 Transport Agricultural Grain Firm/Interruptible Dryer Class 2 Transport Agricultural Grain Firm/Interruptible Dryer Class 3 Electric Generation Firm/Interruptible Class 1 Transport Electric Generation Firm/Interruptible Class 2 Transport
Applicable Tariffs. For certain telecommunications Services, this Agreement is subject to and controlled by the provisions of Company’s lawfully filed and approved state and federal tariffs relating to certain telecommunications Services covered by this Agreement, and all changes and modifications to said tariffs as may be made from time to time, including all provisions limiting Company’s liability and disclaiming warranties (“Applicable Tariffs”), are incorporated herein by reference. All appropriate tariff rates and charges shall be included in the provision of the Services. The Applicable Tariffs shall supersede any conflicting provisions of this Agreement in the event any part of this Agreement conflicts with terms and conditions of the Applicable Tariffs. Company is a Competitive Local Exchange provider. Analog lines purchased from Company are subject to the applicable state tariffs. Company may, as a billing convenience to Customer, acquire and invoice to Customer analog lines from the local provider in the region. In such cases, Company is not the provider of services. Company renders this invoice service to Customer to support consolidated billing for Customer’s convenience. Rates for analog lines fluctuate over time and are subject to change upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to Customer.
Applicable Tariffs. HFRM will pay the Pipeline Base Tariff for all quantities of Crude Oil transported on the Pipeline System in each Contract Quarter during the Term up to and including the Pipeline Incentive Tariff Threshold, and shall pay the Pipeline Incentive Tariff for all quantities in excess of the Pipeline Incentive Tariff Threshold transported on the Pipeline System during such Contract Quarter.
Applicable Tariffs. Payment and invoicing terms and conditions
(1) The NU shall pay to the TSO the value of the transmission capacity booked based on the capacity booking tariff applicable at the moment of the booked capacity may be used, to which it is added the auction premium, as applicable, resulted from the auction.
(2) The firm gas transmission services provided shall be invoiced based on the booked capacity, the number of hours in the invoicing period.
(3) The interruptible gas transmission services provided shall be invoiced based on the booked capacity, the number of hours in the invoicing period in which the transmission services were not limited/interrupted.
(4) The payment method as well as the designation of the agreed banks for the banking operations shall be agreed in compliance with the applicable laws.
(5) The payment obligation shall be deemed met at the date of entry of the relevant total amounts to the TSO`s account.
