Attend regularly scheduled Project progress meetings and fully advise the Project Team of the Project status including schedule, costs, quality and changes.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Monday, May 23, 2022, @ 2:00 PM, located at W220 Pre-con Conference Room, 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx (Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx) Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. Attendance is not mandatory but is encouraged.
Professional Meetings Employees should be encouraged to and may, with the approval of the supervisor, attend professional meetings, conferences, and activities. Subject to the availability of funds, the employee's expenses in connection with such meetings, conferences, or activities shall be reimbursed in accordance with the applicable provisions of State law and university rules.
Board Meetings The Superintendent shall attend, and shall be permitted to attend, all meetings of the Board, both public and closed, with the exception of those closed meetings devoted to the consideration of any action or lack of action on the Superintendent's Contract, or the Superintendent's evaluation, or for purposes of resolving conflicts between individual Board members, or when the Board is acting in its capacity as a tribunal. In the event of illness or Board-approved absence, the Superintendent's designee shall attend such meetings.
Agendas The parties will exchange agenda items 1 week prior to each meeting and the Chair will issue an agenda 1 week prior to each meeting. Background materials which may accompany an agenda item will be made available 1 week prior to the meeting to which they pertain. With time permitting, and the consent of those in attendance, additional items may be added to an agenda. Items shall be presented by the parties in alternating sequence, beginning with the Local.
Classroom Observation Classroom observations shall be conducted at least once for all unit members who have not met the threshold for reappointment as defined in Section 10.02 of Article10. Effective fall 2006 classroom observations shall be conducted on DCE form E3. Classroom observations may be conducted for any unit member, at the discretion of the President of the College, or designee thereof, for stated written reasons. Results of said observation shall be communicated to the unit member in writing. The unit member shall be afforded the opportunity to discuss the classroom observation with the evaluator and to respond in writing.
Formal Observations 1. A minimum of two (2) formal observations shall be conducted to support the final summative evaluation. All formal observations shall last a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive minutes and will take place between September 15 and April 30. There will be a minimum of fifteen (15) work days between the first two (2) formal observations.
WORK CLOTHING 1. The State shall continue to furnish foul weather gear and work clothing, such as aprons, smocks, shop coats, lab coats, coveralls and boots to employees furnished such clothing in the past. The State shall be responsible for continuing to provide laundering of work clothing where such service is being provided as of the effective date of this Agreement.
