Attend Identified Project Management. Related Meetings CONSULTANT project manager shall participate in monthly conference calls and/or meetings with the JPA throughout the duration of the project. CONSULTANT shall prepare the meeting agendas, action items, and meeting notes in consultation with the JPA. These meetings shall be conducted at JPA’s office. CONSULTANT shall also attend four (4) meetings to brief JPA Board of Directors on the progress of the project. These shall occur as needed and shall continue throughout the life of the project. In addition, CONSULTANT shall attend and participate in at least one (1) public meeting each of the Architectural Review Board, Planning Commission, and City Council of both the City of East Palo Alto and the City of Palo Alto (6 meetings total) to describe the project benefits and impacts. Deliverables: Meeting agendas (one electronic copy in MS Word Format); and meeting attendance at monthly coordination meetings, 4 JPA Board meetings, and 6 City meetings.
