Consultant Project Manager. The Consultant shall designate a qualified Consultant Project Manager to manage responding to and completing all assigned project work. This person shall serve as the primary contact between NYSDOT and the WJCTC if needed. The Consultant Project Manager is responsible for the performance of all task assignments approved by both parties, as well as all contractual matters. The Consultant Project Manager shall make all required submittals and receive all transmittals from WJCTC/NYSDOT. WJCTC/NYSDOT may require a copy of the candidate’s qualifications, or an interview with the candidate, or both, at its option. WJCTC/NYSDOT may, at any time, and with reasonable and demonstrated cause, require replacement of the Consultant Project Manager. The Consultant may replace its Consultant Project Manager at any time subject to the provisions of this paragraph and the consultant personnel substitution provision of the term agreement. The Consultant Project Manager and the selected Consultant shall be responsible for ensuring that the replacement of any consultant personnel assigned to a project task assignment are properly qualified and available (NYSDOT shall have the right to review and approve all replacement personnel). In the event that a task assignment request requires unanticipated specialized skills or expertise not available from any members of the selected Consultant’s team, the Consultants shall research the qualifications and cost of acquiring the services of an additional subconsultant or employee to be added to the task assignment at additional cost.
Consultant Project Manager. The project manager shall be a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Florida. The Consultant project manager shall have no less than 7 years of traffic and safety engineering experience. The Consultant project manager shall have a demonstrated ability to perform Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks on a variety of traffic safety studies/reports and technical memorandums. The Consultant project manager shall be knowledgeable of project scheduling techniques, and shall have a working knowledge of Microsoft Project, or a compatible project management/scheduling software.
Consultant Project Manager. Consultant shall assign a Project Manager who shall interface with ATL (“Consultant Project Manager”), and any other person or persons authorized by ATL to represent ATL in some or all dealings with the Consultant (“ATL-designated Representatives”).
Consultant Project Manager. Consultant Project Manager. The duties of the Consultant Project Manager include, but are not limited to:
a. Coordinating Project schedules and the Consultant’s resource assignment based upon the City’s requirements and schedule constraints;
b. Managing the overall Project by monitoring and reporting on the status of the Project and on actual versus projected progress, and by consulting with the City Project Manager when deviations occur and by documenting all such deviations in accordance with agreed upon change control procedures;
c. Providing consultation and advice to the City on matters related to Project implementation strategies, key decisions and approaches, and Project operational concerns/issues and acting as a conduit to the Consultant’s specialist resources that may be needed to supplement the Consultant’s normal implementation staff;
d. Acting as the Consultant’s point of contact for all aspects of contract administration, including invoicing for Services, and status reporting;
e. Facilitating review meetings and conferences between the City and the Consultant’s staff when scheduled or requested by the City;
f. Communicating among and between the City and the Consultant’s staff;
Consultant Project Manager. Consultant shall assign a Project Manager who shall interface with SRTA (“Consultant Project Manager”), and any other person or persons authorized by SRTA to represent SRTA in some or all dealings with the Consultant (“SRTA-designated Representatives”).
