Progress Meetings The Engineer shall from time to time during the progress of the work confer with the State. The Engineer shall prepare and present such information as may be pertinent and necessary or as may be requested by the State in order to evaluate features of the work.
Construction Progress Meetings The Design Professional shall attend Construction Progress Meetings periodically held by the Contractor at the Site on a schedule determined by the Contractor. The Design Professional shall review the minutes of the meeting and provide his written comments to the minutes to the Owner and Contractor within seven calendar days after receipt of the meeting minutes.
Preconstruction Meeting Furnish the names of the Certified Erosion and Sediment Control/Stormwater Supervisor, Certified Foremen, Certified Installers and Certified Designer and notify the Engineer of changes in certified personnel over the life of the contract within 2 days of change. Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”). In no event shall any Project Manager be authorized to amend or modify the provisions of this Agreement. Each Party may change its Project Manager, from time to time, by written notice to the other Party.
Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party. Orientation Meeting Within thirty (30) calendar days from execution of the Contract, Vendor and Order Fulfillers will be required to attend an orientation meeting to discuss the content and procedures of the Contract to include reporting requirements. DIR, at its discretion, may waive the orientation requirement for Vendors who have previously held DIR contracts. The meeting will be held in the Austin, Texas area at a date and time mutually acceptable to DIR and the Vendor or by teleconference, at DIR’s discretion. DIR shall bear no cost for the time and travel of the Vendor or Order Fulfillers for attendance at the meeting.
