Construction Progress Meetings. The Design Professional shall attend Construction Progress Meetings periodically held by the Contractor at the Site on a schedule determined by the Contractor. The Design Professional shall review the minutes of the meeting and provide his written comments to the minutes to the Owner and Contractor within seven calendar days after receipt of the meeting minutes.
Construction Progress Meetings. CM/GC shall schedule and conduct Construction Progress Meetings with Owner, Design Professional, Separate Contractors, and appropriate Subcontractors for the purpose of discussing the status and progress of the Work. Such meetings shall be held not less than biweekly (i.e., every other week). CM/GC shall provide and distribute minutes of such meetings, including a list of the action items, responsible parties, and action dates to maintain schedules.
Construction Progress Meetings. Organize and facilitate weekly construction progress meetings with the contractor, design engineer and City staff to discuss overall construction progress, construction document status, 3-week look ahead schedule, inspections, contract requirements and non-compliance or incomplete work.
Construction Progress Meetings. The Construction Manager shall conduct meetings with the Trade Contractors, the Authorized District Representative and other parties as directed by the District or as necessary in connection with the construction of the Project (each a “Construction Meeting”). Unless the District agrees otherwise, the Construction Manager shall hold the Construction Meetings on a weekly basis and on such other occasions as reasonably requested by the District. The Construction Manager shall establish a regularly-scheduled date and time, acceptable to the District, for holding the Construction Meetings. The Construction Meetings shall encompass, but not be limited to, focused and informal discussions regarding the quality, scope, schedule, current progress, relevant cost issues, future objectives, and any issues that arise or incidents that occur during the construction of the Project. The Construction Manager shall, a reasonable time prior to each Construction Meeting, prepare and distribute an agenda for the Construction Meeting setting forth the topics for discussion and providing time for discussion of non-agenda items. The Construction Manager shall record and distribute minutes of such meetings to all attendees and such other parties as determined by the District.
Construction Progress Meetings. The City will lead the weekly construction progress meetings to review work progress, DCVR (clarification) and submittal status, and coordination requirements between construction activities and the City. Consultant shall participate in these meetings periodically as requested by the City. The budget for this task is based on Consultant participate in six meetings in person and twelve conference calls.
Construction Progress Meetings. CMR shall schedule and conduct meetings with the Board, Design Professional, Separate Contractors, and appropriate Subcontractors, not less than biweekly, for the purpose of discussing the status and progress of the Work. Such issues may include suggested changes and/or methods to keep the project on schedule (except for the construction contractor's means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures of construction). Additional representatives of H&S (i.e., technical experts, project manager, etc.) will accompany the RPR as necessary during the construction and testing period as specific needs arise. ▪ Well Performance Testing – RPR will coordinate with the well drilling contractor to observe and record hydraulic information during the performance testing of the new xxxxx. The performance testing requirements will be outlined for the well drilling contractor in the Contract Documents. Information to be recorded for use in design of pumping equipment includes: ✓ Pumping rate ✓ Water levels every two minutes during the pumping period ✓ Static water level prior to pumping ✓ Drawdown ▪ Geological Log – Collection and analysis of drill cutting and preparation of a log of drill cutting lithology.
Construction Progress Meetings. Foothill Transit will hold weekly construction progress meetings with its construction contractor. A representative of the District will be invited to participate in these meetings.
