Common use of Attendance Stipend Clause in Contracts

Attendance Stipend. 15.12.1For the periods of January 1 through March 31, April 1 through June 30, July 1 through September 30, and October 1 through December 31, employees will receive a $100 stipend for no absence and $50 stipend for utilizing one (1) personal day or for a partial sick instance. Stipend will be issued in the first pay of December and the first pay of July.
