Attorney Fees and Collection Costs. If the Student defaults in the performance or non-performance of any obligations under this Agreement, the Student shall pay all eviction costs, collection costs, court costs and attorney fees incurred by the University in enforcing its rights under this Agreement as a result of any such breach by the Student. Financial holds are maintained on student records until the Student’s financial obligation to the University is resolved.

Collection Costs - If I am in default as described in Section G of this Agreement, I agree to pay the Lender or any subsequent holder the reasonable fees and costs (other than attorney fees as otherwise provided in this Agreement) permitted by law incurred in connection with collecting loan, including court costs.
Attorney Fees and Collection Costs. The Credit Union may start a collection action in the county in which the Credit Union is located or the county where the real property is located. You will pay the Credit Union's attorneys' fee, whether or not there is a lawsuit, including attorney fees on any appeal. All of these costs and expenses may be added to your present debt and a FINANCE CHARGE may be imposed on them at the highest rate applied to any of your loan advances.
