Audio Content. Decrypted HDCP Content may be temporarily buffered in a Presentation Device to enable and perform the Presentation Function, necessary to perform such function, provided that such buffer shall not persist for more time than is necessary to perform such function. In addition, if a Presentation Device is also a Repeater, it may temporarily buffer Decrypted HDCP Content pursuant to and in accordance with Section 5.2 of these Compliance Rules.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
