Authority Responsibility for Operations and Management. The Authority shall have sole responsibility for the operation, direction, maintenance, management and supervision of the Stadium, Stadium Infrastructure, Stadium Site, and its staff, subject to the terms of this Agreement. The Authority or its designees shall have the obligation to, and shall, provide, perform and take, or cause to be provided, performed or taken, such actions, at the Authority’s expense, either directly or through the Manager, as may be necessary or reasonably advisable to operate and maintain the Stadium and Stadium Infrastructure in a safe, clean, attractive, and first- class manner similar to and consistent with other premier, top-tier NFL facilities (the “Expected Facility Standard”) and in compliance with all Applicable Laws. Each of the Authority’s operation and maintenance obligations set forth in this Agreement are subject to the Expected Facility Standard, and all such obligations shall be modified as necessary to ensure the Expected Facility Standard is maintained. The Team shall have the right to consult with the Authority and Manager in respect of Stadium and Stadium Infrastructure operations impacting the Team or Team Stadium Events, including with respect to Authority or Manager staff training and operating practices.

  • City Responsibilities The City will:

  • University Responsibilities (1) The University will use its best efforts to see that students selected for participation in the ALE are prepared for effective participation in the training phase of their overall education. The University will retain ultimate responsibility for the education of its students.

  • Faculty Responsibilities The principles of academic freedom shall be accompanied by corresponding principles of Faculty responsibility. While workload and additional Faculty responsibilities may be provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, the following are among the basic responsibilities of the Faculty:

  • Authority’s Responsibilities Authority will perform maintenance and repairs to the parking lot and concrete paving of the Common Use Areas and will perform maintenance and repairs to the Cargo Building, including (1) the roof (structure and membrane), foundation, load bearing walls, and other structural elements; and (2) exterior maintenance (painting and landscaping). Authority retains the right, after giving reasonable advance notice to Company, to enter upon the Premises to perform any repair thereon, including utilities, which serves, in whole or in part, areas other than the Premises. Authority will endeavor to use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize interference with Company’s activities.

  • FACILITY RESPONSIBILITIES (1) The Facility will retain responsibility for the care of its clients and will maintain administrative and professional supervision of students insofar as their presence and program assignments affect the operation of the Facility and its care, direct and indirect, of its clients. No provision of this MOU shall prevent any Facility client from requesting not to be a teaching client or prevent any member of the Facility’s staff from designating any client as a non-teaching client.

  • City Responsibility 1) Provide the necessary administration of committee and staff, and consult, collaborate and coordinate with XXXXX COUNTY to accomplish the tasks as contained in the CY 2013 Unified Planning Work Program.

  • Districts Responsibilities 1. The DISTRICT shall provide to the ARCHITECT information regarding requirements for the PROJECT, including information regarding the DISTRICT’s objectives, schedule, and budget constraints, as well as any other criteria provided by the DISTRICT.

  • COUNTY’S RESPONSIBILITIES A. A County program liaison will monitor the submission of all correspondence required in this Agreement, including, but not limited to:

  • Joint Responsibilities 2.1.1 University and Affiliate each will identify, and notify each other of, a person responsible for serving as its liaison during the course of this affiliation. The appointment of liaisons shall be subject to mutual approval of the parties.

  • SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES Contractor will adhere to all applicable CalOSHA requirements in performing work pursuant to this Agreement. Contractor agrees that in the performance of work under this Agreement, Contractor will provide for the safety needs of its employees and will be responsible for maintaining the standards necessary to minimize health and safety hazards.
