Authority Service Seniority. For employees in the Library who hold regular status effective the date of the Agreement, Authority service shall be defined as the effective date of appointment to the employee's first regular position in either the City of Sacramento or the County of Sacramento. For all others, Authority service seniority shall be defined as the effective date of appointment to the employee's first regular position with the Authority.
