AUTHORIZED DISTRICT EMPLOYEES. The school system must identify the individuals who will be authorized to receive XXXX data, and include this information as part of the application process. As part of an Agreement of Non-Disclosure, each person who is identified by the school system to receive XXXX data must sign and submit an agreement that XXXX information will not be released to any individual other than the Superintendent of Schools, and the individual for whom the XXXX data was sought. CENTRALIZED STORAGE LOCATION: Copies of the XXXX request forms, and all XXXX data that is received from the Board will be stored in a locked file cabinet in the office of the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent. Copies will not be included in Personnel Files, nor will anyone other than the Administrative Assistant and the individual himself/herself have access to the information.

  • Authorized Employees Contractor acknowledges that Section285.530, RSMo, prohibits any business entity or employer from knowingly employing, hiring for employment, or continuing to employ an unauthorized alien to perform work within the State of Missouri.
