Authorized Unpaid Time Off (AUTO a. AUTO will be awarded based upon operational activity and staffing. AUTO may be available in advance on a daily or extended basis. b. Advance AUTO may be granted up to 30 day in advance and will be awarded in Bid Seniority order by shift times, work area and classification. c. A “Day-Of AUTO” list will be posted prior to the beginning of the shift with a designated removal time. Day of AUTO will be awarded by shift times, work area and classification by Bid Seniority. All requests received after the AUTO list removal time will be considered on a first come, first serve basis. d. Day-of AUTO will be awarded to those employees working an overtime shift first, followed by those working a base shift. e. Advance AUTO may be granted in increments up to 31 days. Advance and day-of AUTO will be awarded after 1) known and awarded DAT requests are granted, and then 2) Floating Holiday requests are granted. f. Employees trading off may request AUTO for the portion of the shift overlapping with the employee picking up the shift, up to 30 minutes, which may be granted based on the needs of the service.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) Executive shall earn and accrue paid-time-off covering vacation and sick time benefits at the rate of twenty (20) days per year for employment periods of up to five years of service. The PTO accrual rate shall automatically increase by five (5) additional days for each additional 5 years of service up to maximum of thirty (30) days per year after 10 years of service. For example, after five years of service, the annual PTO accrual rate shall increase to twenty-five (25) days. Unused PTO shall carry over to the next year, but Executive shall cease accruing further PTO at any time Executive has accrued two times his annual accrual rate. Unused PTO days which are not in excess of two-times the annual accrual rate shall be paid in a cash lump sum payment promptly after Executive’s termination of employment.

  • Paid Time Off The Executive shall be entitled to take paid time off in accordance with the Company’s applicable paid time off policy for executives, as may be in effect from time to time.

  • Electronic Payments The Grantee can choose to use electronic funds transfer (EFT) to receive grant payments. All grantees wishing to receive their award through EFT must submit a Vendor Direct Deposit Authorization form (form number DFS-AI-26E, rev 6/2014), incorporated by reference, to the Florida Department of Financial Services. If EFT has already been set up for your organization, you do not need to submit another authorization form unless you have changed bank accounts.   • Electronic Payment certificate – an electronic certificate created by the client and/or Bank which represents the basis of performing transactions on the account of the client;

  • Paid Sick Leave For those jurisdictions that have passed or will pass legislation requiring Paid Sick Leave, Paid Sick Time will be billed back to Client at the straight-time bill rate for all hours taken by any Consultant assigned to Client. This section is not applicable until the effective date of such legislation has been reached.

  • Accumulated Sick Leave ‌ The Employer shall inform all employees at least once each year of the number of sick days accumulated and shall make the information available to an employee on request.

  • Check-Off Payments The Employer shall deduct from every employee any dues, initiation fees, or assessments levied by the Union on its members.

  • Approved Leave of Absence With Pay During Vacation When an employee is qualified for bereavement leave, sick leave or any other approved leave with pay during her vacation period, there shall be no deduction from the vacation credits for such leave. In the case of sick leave, this section shall only apply when the period of illness or injury is in excess of two (2) days and a note from a physician may be required. The period of vacation so displaced shall be taken at a mutually agreed time. An employee intending to claim displaced vacation leave must advise the Employer and provide necessary documentation within seven (7) days of returning to work.

  • Vacation and Paid Time Off The Executive shall be entitled to vacation and paid time off in accordance with the standard policies of the Company for executives as in effect from time to time.

  • Vacation; Paid Time Off During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to fifteen (15) paid vacation days per calendar year (prorated for partial years) in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies, as in effect from time to time that is at least as favorable as that provided to other similarly situated executives of the Company. The Executive shall receive other paid time-off in accordance with the Company’s policies for executive officers as such policies may exist from time to time.
