Automobile Coverage. If the School owns or uses school vehicles to transport students and/or staff, automobile coverage with the same limits as general liability.
Automobile Coverage. Claims for damages because of injuries to persons and property arising out of the operation of the following in the execution of projects:
Automobile Coverage. Provider and its contractors and subcontractors, as applicable, shall carry a business automobile policy with a combined single limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000). Coverage for automobile liability insurance shall be at least as broad as Insurance Services Office Form Number CA 0001 (ed. 6/92) covering automobile liability, Code 1 (any auto). The automobile liability program may utilize deductibles, but not a self-insured retention, subject to written approval by the Purchaser.
Automobile Coverage. At all times during the Term, Automobile Liability Insurance covering all owned, hired, leased, rented and non-owned automobiles and automotive equipment, used by Owner Group (including Contractor Group) in connection with the execution of the FPSO Work and other Services, as may be required and to the levels required by statute or similar regulation in countries where such Services are to be performed.
Automobile Coverage. Operator shall obtain and keep in force commercial automobile liability insurance (where applicable) in an amount not less than $1,000,000 (combined single limit), coverage shall include leased, hired and non-owned vehicles, the cost of insurance to be paid out of the Trust Account as approved by the Budget.
Automobile Coverage. The coverage available to the CITY, as Additional Insured, shall include comprehensive automobile bodily injury and property damage liability coverage for a minimum amount of $1 million each occurrence, $2 million general aggregate
Automobile Coverage. Effective as of the Termination Date, Xxxxxx shall continue to provide to Xxxxxxxx benefits pursuant to Xxxxxx’x automobile expense program, as in effect from time to time, as if he had continued to be an active employee commensurate with the position he held prior to the Termination Date, until the earlier of (i) 12 months from the Termination Date or (ii) the date that Xxxxxxxx becomes eligible for comparable benefits under plans and programs of a subsequent employer.
Automobile Coverage. Claims for damages because of injuries to persons and property arising out of the operation of the following in the execution of projects: Firm's own automobiles and trucks, Hired automobiles and trucks, and Automobiles and trucks now owned by the Firm. The insurance shall cover the use of the above-mentioned automobiles and trucks during the term of this Agreement. The minimum amounts of such insurance shall be the same as required for Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance.

Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance, covering owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles, with a combined bodily injury (including death) and property damage minimum limit of $2,000,000 each claim. No aggregate shall be permitted for this type of coverage. Such insurance is to include coverage for loading and unloading hazards.
