Automobile Coverage. If the School owns or uses school vehicles to transport students and/or staff, automobile coverage with the same limits as general liability.

Effective as of the Termination Date, Xxxxxx shall continue to provide to Xxxxx benefits pursuant to Xxxxxx’x automobile expense program, as in effect from time to time, as if he had continued to be an active employee commensurate with the position he held prior to the Termination Date, until the earlier of (i) 12 months from the Termination Date or (ii) the date that Xxxxx becomes eligible for comparable benefits under plans and programs of a subsequent employer.

Automobile Coverage. The Lessee shall arrange and pay for automobile ------------------- liability insurance, using a standard business automobile policy, in limits specified as follows: (i) bodily injury, $1,000,000 each person and $1,000,000 each occurrence; and (ii) for property damage liability, $1,000,000 each occurrence or a combined single limit of $1,000,000 each occurrence. Coverage shall be for all vehicles, including all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles. Standard omnibus clauses shall be included covering the legal liability, if any, of the Lessee and the Lessor.
