Common use of Automobile Vandalism Clause in Contracts

Automobile Vandalism. If an employee's vehicle is damaged as a result of vandalism while on the property of a district school, or while on official School Board business, the employee will be reimbursed for the damage not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750) when it is determined that the damage was caused on School Board property or while on official School Board business. Such determination may be made by a School Resource Officer, a School Security Specialist, or an SIU investigator (as determined by the Superintendent), a Police Officer, witness testimony or apprehension of the person(s) responsible for the damage.
