Common use of Autonomy Clause in Contracts

Autonomy. a) The District shall assign an administrative leader who shall serve as a liaison (Liaison) responsible for ensuring that all District services identified in the School Plan are provided to the School. b) The Liaison will also be responsible for ensuring that the School is free from all other District requirements not mandated by state or federal law. c) The District, if there is a collective bargaining agreement which governs the School’s employees, shall enter into an agreement in accordance with 14 DE Admin Code 103.
