All part-time and casual employees available through shall be given the Central Call-opportunity to be trained in all work locations and will not be called prior entitled to available hours being offered to casual employeesreplacement shifts, unless they have been trained/familiarized.

(e) If the overtime is still When a permanent vacancy has been posted and has not filled it will be assigned to the most junior employee on the Central Call-in. (f) If the Employer has proceed through steps (a) – (e) and there are still no employees available or willing to come into work, the Employer can fill the open shift(s) with staff outside of the bargaining unit.
(g) If an employee fails to show up for a shift or will be late for a shift, employees who are currently on shift will be asked to stay that vacant position based on seniority within classification. If no one within until the classification on shift is able position has been filled, whereupon they shall relinquish those hours to stay, employees outside the successful candidate of classification by seniority will be asked. If no employee is able to stay then the most junior employee on shift maybe required to stay until a replacement is found or a staff member outside the bargaining unit arrives to fill the vacancythat posting.
