Common use of Available Hours of Work Clause in Contracts

Available Hours of Work. (a) Full-time and part-time employees will be scheduled for regular shifts. (b) Employees will notify the Employer in writing of any restrictions to their availability, with as much notice as possible and in any event not less than one month's notice. The Employer will not schedule an Employee outside of their stated availability, unless otherwise agreed.
