(b) Short-term employees shall be entitled to the provisions of Article 15.5, Bereavement Leave. (c) Maternity leave for short-term employees shall be in accordance with the Employment Standards Act. (d) Upon completing 90 workdays (seven and one-half hour shifts) a short-term employee's seniority shall include the accumulated 90 workdays. (e) Where a short-term employee reports to work as scheduled or instructed they shall be paid for two hours wages at their regular hourly rate, if there is no work available or work of less than two hours duration.
