Effective Date of Wages. Wages established in this Agreement shall become and remain effective as specified in Appendix A hereof, except as otherwise provided herein.
Effective Date of Wages. The wages of regular full-time, regular part-time, and casual employees who are on the payroll as at the date of ratification shall be retroactive in accordance with the wage Schedule A to April 1, 2022. Such retroactive pay is based on straight-time hours paid which include paid leaves and vacations.
Effective Date of Wages. All wages stipulated in this collective bargaining Agreement become effective at 12:01 a.m. on the dates specified.

1) During the term of this Agreement longevity step increases will be awarded to employees employed in classifications identified in Article III of this Agreement who complete two (2) years of creditable service time as defined in (3) of this section.
2) During the term of this Agreement anniversary dates for all employees hired or promoted in classifications identified in Article III of this Agreement will be the original date of hire or promotion for computing creditable service time in determining the longevity for pay purposes only.
3) Creditable service time to be used in determining longevity for pay purposes only shall be defined as that period of time beginning with the employee’s common anniversary date or the employee’s original date of hire or promotion and the completion of two
Effective Date of Wages. Bargaining unit employees will be compensated during the term of this Agreement based upon the wage rates described below and as set forth within the Appendixes to this Agreement. Employees shall not be entitled to any wage adjustments following the expiration of this Agreement (June 30, 2024), unless and until such adjustments have been specifically agreed to by the parties. For each year of the agreement (July 1st) wages shall be adjusted by the percentage increase announced by the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign campus to be the General Salary Policy for Civil Service Employees or by the percentage appropriated by the State of Illinois Legislature for general wage increases for university civil service employees, or two percent (2%) whichever is greater, except as noted in Appendix “A”. This percentage increase will be implemented to all classifications represented in this Agreement provided that all eligibility criteria or parameters for the increase amount are met.
Effective Date of Wages. Wage increases shall be effective on the first day of the first full payroll period nearest the first day of the month in which the increases occurs. In the event the first day of the first full payroll periods are equidistant from the first day of a month, the earlier payroll period shall be used.
Effective Date of Wages. Any employee transferring to a permanent position through the posting process or the reinstatement process shall be transferred and receive the appropriate wage adjustment on a Monday no later than the second Monday after the offer was accepted.

Effective Date of Wages. Commencing each contract year thereafter of this Agreement, bargaining unit employees shall receive an across-the-board increase to their salaries that is equivalent to the campus wage program announced by the Xxxxxxx (or other appropriate administrator for the Urbana campus) for civil service employees (civil service pay adjustment increment) for the corresponding academic year or one percent (1%), whichever is greater. The increases shall be retroactive if announced by the University.
Effective Date of Wages. Employees who are members of the bargaining unit as of the date that this Agreement is fully executed shall receive a two and one-half percent (2.5%) wage increase to their base salary that will be made retroactive to the beginning of the first year of the Agreement. After receiving this two and one-half percent (2.5%) wage increase, the base wage rates for bargaining unit members will be those set forth below: Police Corporal Police Sergeant 1 year or less $36.03 $41.01 More than 1 year to 2 years $37.90 $43.18 More than 2 years to 10 years $38.83 $44.21 More than 10 years to 15 years $39.79 $45.39 More than 15 years to 20 years $40.76 $46.35 More than 20 years to 25 years $41.77 $47.46 More than 25 years $43.03 $48.89 During each of the remaining two years of the Agreement, bargaining unit employees shall receive an across-the-board percentage increase to their wage rates that is equivalent to the campus wage program announced by the Xxxxxxx (or other appropriate administrator for the Urbana campus) for civil service employees (civil service pay adjustment increase) for those academic years, or an across-the-board increase of two and one-half percent (2.5%), whichever is greater. The wage rates set forth above shall not apply until the bargaining unit employee has completed his/her probationary period. During their probationary periods, bargaining unit employees shall be paid 0.95062 of the applicable corporal or sergeant wage rate in effect at that time. Anniversary Step Increases: Employees shall be eligible throughout the term of this Agreement for anniversary step increases based upon the employees’ original date of hire as a Police Officer or Police Officer Intern with the Department at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
