Axles brake components, brake discs, oils, interleaf axle mountings and all rubber suspension bushes. Failure due to damage due to misuse and / or secondary contamination of any type from items not on extended cover. Terex Construction neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for any Terex Construction Party any other liability in connection with the sale of any Terex Construction Party’s equipment. This warranty shall not apply to any Terex Construction Party equipment or any part thereof which has been subject to misuse, alteration, abuse, negligence, accident, acts of God or sabotage. No action by any party shall operate to extend or revive this limited warranty without the prior written consent of the Terex Construction Party sought to be bound by such extension or revivification. The aggregate liability of the Terex Construction Parties shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the equipment, provided that nothing herein shall exclude liability of the Terex Construction Parties for death or personal injury. IN THE EVENT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY BY ANY OF THE TEREX CONSTRUCTION PARTIES, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF TEREX CONSTRUCTION, AND EACH TEREX CONSTRUCTION PARTY, SHALL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO THE REMEDIES (AT THE SOLE OPTION OF THE RELEVANT TEREX CONSTRUCTION PARTY) OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. Axles. (1) The front and rear axles, including suspension assemblies, shall have a gross axle weight rating at least equal to that portion of the load as would be imposed by the chassis manufacturer's maximum gross vehicle weight rating.

Axles. Center section/rear axle and all internally lubricated parts, including internally lubricated seals and gasket, axle side shafts, drive shaft, drive shaft center bearing, drive shaft flex-disc assembly, rear axle shaft bearings and hubs, axle mounting, differential, differential lock, axle (hydraulic driven) (incl. pump, hydraulic system, hoses, and control unit), axle (mechanically driven) (incl. heel hub and wheel bearing, without tie rod, driving rod, and stub axles), axle (not driven), steered/non-steered leading axle, trailing axle (not driven), wheel bearing, wheel hub, tie rod, driving rod, and drag link, housing, inter- axle differential, intermediate bearing, lines, tubes, hoses, and clamps on major assembly, planetary gear, propeller shafts, stabilizer bar, suspension, air bellows, shock absorbers, and lift equipment, through-drive.
Axles. The bus shall be driven by Heavy duty axle at the rear with adequate capacity to take care of maximum GVW & crush loading expected during life span of the bus. Transfer of gear noise to the bus interior shall be minimized. The drive shaft, if provided, shall be guarded to prevent it striking the floor of the coach or the ground in the event of a tube or universal joint failure. Requirement of Axle, wheel and ground clearance shall comply with UBS II specifications section 2 for standard size Urban Bus. For ease of locating xxxx during changing of tyres (both front and rear) axle area where jack is to rested shall be distinctively marked with yellow – black strips.
Axles. ACF shall rope off and/or paint lines on the plant floor to designate, and install prominent signs at (each in a manner reasonably satisfactory to ARI), each of the Designated Component Storage Areas where axles are to be stored in accordance with this Agreement. Such signs shall contain the following language: “All items located in this marked area have been purchased by and are owned by American Railcar Industries, Inc. Do not place items owned by ACF or any other party in this marked area or remove items from this marked area without written approval from ARI.” In addition, ACF agrees to spray paint a mxxx (the “Mxxx”) on each axle that is a Specified Good, and shall not apply the Mxxx to any axles that are not Specified Goods, that shall identify each such axle as belonging to ARI. The Mxxx shall be applied to each axle in a location and manner such that the Mxxx shall be visible throughout the manufacturing process and afterwards, once the axle has, together with other Wheel Set Components, been converted into a Finished Wheel Set. ACF and ARI shall cooperate to choose a color for the Mxxx that is not otherwise applied to any axles stored in or around ACF’s Huntington facility, including without limitation axles intended for ACF’s other customers. ACF shall consistently apply the Mxxx to all applicable axles.
