Use of other Equipment. If Sponsor provides Provider and/or Investigator with any other equipment (“Equipment”) for use in connection with performance of services in the Trial, Provider and/or Investigator will document the Equipment in the “Equipment Loaned Log” which is part of the ISF. The terms and conditions for provision of Equipment will be set forth in a separate Loan Agreement.
Use of other Equipment. Westaim may use any other piece or pieces of equipment it determines appropriate to manufacture the Products, acting reasonably. So long as the Production Capacity used in manufacturing the Products does not exceed the S&N Production Capacity, any cost in using such other piece or pieces of equipment, including, without limitation, depreciation, shall not cause an increase in the amount that would otherwise constitute the Fully Allocated Cost of Goods had only the Equipment be used. If or when the Production Capacity used in manufacturing the Product exceeds the S&N Production Capacity, any cost in using such other piece or pieces of equipment, including, without limitation, depreciation, shall be included in the calculation of the Fully Allocated Cost of Goods.
Use of other Equipment. Contractor and Client understand and agree that there shall be occasions throughout the Term where it becomes necessary or convenient for Contractor to utilize certain other items of property or equipment belonging to Client (including but not limited to such items as golf carts, computers, signage, or other tool and offices). On such occasions, Contractor shall return such property or equipment free of defect and shall be liable and responsible to any damage to persons or property during such utilization.
