BACKGROUND CHECK AND TESTING. If Seller’s representatives are on-site at a Sierra Space location or have access to Sierra Space’s systems, Buyer may request Seller conduct a background, reference, educational, criminal record, credit and other checks, as well as drug screens for Seller and its employees, subcontractors and agents in connection with the performance of Services under this Agreement where such testing is permissible by law, unless otherwise stated in the Agreement.

BACKGROUND CHECK AND TESTING. If Seller’s representatives perform work on-site or have access to SNC’s IT equipment or systems, Seller must conduct a background, reference, educational, criminal record, credit and other checks, for Seller’s employees, subcontractors and agents in connection with the performance of Services under this Agreement where such testing is permissible by law. Where drug testing is permissible by law, Buyer may request Seller to conduct a drug screen or ensure such drug screen is conducted for any of Sellers’s representatives performing work on-site at a SNC location.
BACKGROUND CHECK AND TESTING. The undersigned agrees that in connection with performing the services contemplated by this Agreement, he or she may be subject to a background check, including employers, education, credit, criminal public record, drug screen or other checking or testing, and the undersigned consents to the foregoing.   • Background Check The Department or Customer may require the Contractor to conduct background checks of its employees, agents, representatives, and subcontractors as directed by the Department or Customer. The cost of the background checks will be borne by the Contractor. The Department or Customer may require the Contractor to exclude the Contractor’s employees, agents, representatives, or subcontractors based on the background check results. In addition, the Contractor must ensure that all persons have a responsibility to self-report to the Contractor within three (3) calendar days any arrest for any disqualifying offense. The Contractor must notify the Contract Manager within twenty-four (24) hours of all details concerning any reported arrest. Upon the request of the Department or Customer, the Contractor will re-screen any of its employees, agents, representatives, and subcontractors during the term of the Contract.

  • Background Checks The State may require that the Contractor and Contractor Parties undergo criminal background checks as provided for in the State of Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection Administration and Operations Manual or such other State document as governs procedures for background checks. The Contractor and Contractor Parties shall cooperate fully as necessary or reasonably requested with the State and its agents in connection with such background checks.

  • Inspection and Testing Each Constructing Entity shall cause inspection and testing of the Interconnection Facilities that it constructs in accordance with the provisions of this section. The Construction Parties acknowledge and agree that inspection and testing of facilities may be undertaken as facilities are completed and need not await completion of all of the facilities that a Constructing Entity is building.
