BALANCE OF PAYMENT. The balance of rent, security deposit, taxes, and any other payments due after the initial payment, in other words payment in full of the contract total, is due and must be received 30 DAYS before the rental starts. NO REMENDERS WILL BE SENT.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT. The Purchaser agrees to pay the balance of said consideration by a cashier's check or money order for this sale upon final approval of the Agreement by the Seller and delivery of the executed deed to the Purchaser within the above specified ninety (90) day period for completing this transaction. The balance to be paid by the Purchaser to the Seller is dollars ($ ). If the sale is not approved by the Seller and the transaction is not closed within this ninety (90) day time limit, the entire Agreement shall become null and void and the xxxxxxx money deposit heretofore made to the Seller shall be returned to the Purchaser.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT. Prior to closing, which closing date will be set in the Selling Agreement, CANADIAN ROCKPORT HOMES will wire transfer to Don A. Paradiso Attorney Trust Account, the balance of the of the Puxxxxxx Xxxxx, xeing 60,000.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT. The balance of any payment due to All Saint’s Church must be paid not later than 24 hours before the event for which the Church Premises have been booked by the Hirer. Failure to pay the balance may result in the booking being cancelled but the cancellation shall not affect the right of All Saint’s Church to be paid the balance or any other sum due to it.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT. On termination of the membership for any reason, this Agreement, including Member’s permitted access to the TTU facility, will terminate immediately and Member is responsible for paying TTU’s standard hub fees incurred but not paid up to the date the membership ends and for any additional hub services used prior to termination.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT. The remaining balance of the Event (i.e. the remainder of the Event Fee following deduction of any required deposit) is payable to the Company by the Client- no later than 7 days following the date of the Event. Please note you may add to your booking after the trial but will not be able to deduct from your booking, once everything has been confirmed following the Client’s trial.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT. On receipt of the booking form the Company will send the Trainee confirmation of booking. Full payment less any prepaid deposit must reach the Company no later than 90 days prior to the start of the program as decided by the Company. Should a booking be made less than 90 days prior to the advertised program start date then full payment will be required at the time of booking. If full payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund and apply the cancellation charges as stated below.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT. 5.3.1. The balance for the Venue and Accommodation is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
5.3.2. The terms of any catering (including any balance for payments) must be arranged and settled directly with the caterers in which the Clients have decided to instruct. Any changes to catering requirements can be made up to 2 weeks prior to the Event Date. The relevant catering costs must be settled in full 1 week prior to the Event Date.
5.4 Subject to 5.5, In the event that the Client fails to make any payment due to Brinsop on or before its due date, Brinsop further reserves the right to charge interest on the balance outstanding at the rate of 3% above the prevailing Bank of England Base Rate and to recover any amounts owed including but not limited to interest and any costs of recovery.
5.5 Cautionary/Damages deposit:
5.5.1 Two weeks prior to arrival, the sum of £500 will be required from the Client, which will be put into a holding account as security against the following:
5.5.1.1. Damages to any part of the Venue and or any part of the Accommodation;
5.5.1.2. Loss caused to the owners, Brinsop, and or to the Venue and or the Accommodation;
5.5.1.3. Breakages to any part of the Venue and or any part of the Accommodation;
5.5.1.4. Evidence of smoking within the Venue and or Accommodation; and
5.5.1.5. Any other costs incurred by us, the Venue and or the Accommodation as a result of your occupancy, during the period of hire.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT. 6.3.1 The balance of the Price is due 6 weeks prior to the Event Date
