Confirmation of Booking. Under The Doormat’s acceptance of the Guest’s Booking Details which has been delivered to the Guest by e-mail or confirmed via a booking platform following receipt of payment by Under The Doormat or the relevant platform. Commission: the fee that Under The Doormat charges to the Property Owner for the management of the property as per the Proposal. Common Parts: such roads, paths, entrance halls, corridors, lifts, staircases, landing and other applicable means of access in or upon the Property, the use of which is necessary for obtaining access to and egress from the Property as designated from time to time by Under The Doormat. Consents: all consents, licences, permissions, certificates, authorisations and approvals of any kind whether of a public or private nature which shall be required for the performance of this Licence. Examples of Confirmation of Booking in a sentence

  • The delegates to the Training should arrive at the location no later than 15 minutes prior to the course start time as advised in the Confirmation of Booking.

Related to Confirmation of Booking

  • Booking Confirmation means the written confirmation issued to You by the Company confirming the hire period, price, place of delivery and other key particulars of the booking.

  • Confirmation means the entry of the Confirmation Order on the docket of the Chapter 11 Cases.
