BARGAINING AGENCY Section 1: Recognition. (a) The Company recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agency of the Employees of the Company at Castlegar and Grand Forks Divisions,as set out in the Certificate of Bargaining Authority. (b) When a dispute arises as to whether or not a person is an Employee within the bargaining unit, it shall be subject to grievance procedure as provided for in Article XV, Step 3, and, in the event of failure to reach a satisfactory settle- ment, it shall be dealt with as provided for in Section 139 (a) of the Labour Relations Code of B.C.
