Common use of BARGAINING COMMITTEES Clause in Contracts

BARGAINING COMMITTEES. The Bargaining Committees of the parties shall be comprised of not more than five (5) Employer Representatives and not more than five (5) Union Representatives, one of whom shall be the President of CUPE Local 997. The Union and the Employer will advise the other of the names of the representatives. All of the Union representatives, other than the CUPE National Representative (if applicable), shall be permanent employees of the Employer.
