Bargaining in Executive Session. All bargaining sessions shall be in executive sessions, meaning that only members of the bargaining teams, consultants as provided for in this procedure, and such others as may be mutually agreed to between the bargaining teams shall be in the room in which the bargaining session is being held. The initial session and all subsequent sessions shall not adjourn until a mutually agreed time, place, and date have been established for the next bargaining session. If the mutually agreed upon time is during regularly scheduled work hours, then the parties shall be released without loss of pay.
