Common use of Bargaining Unit List Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Unit List. The Employer shall prepare and furnish to the Association a seniority list within thirty (30) days of the close of the last pay periods in the months of November, February, May and August. Seniority shall be fixed upon issuance of each such list until the next seniority list. Seniority lists shall be posted.
