Common use of Bargaining Unit List Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Unit List. The Employer shall prepare and furnish to the 12 Association a seniority list within thirty (30) days of the close of the last pay 13 periods in the months of November, February, May and August. Seniority shall 14 be fixed upon issuance of each such list until the next seniority list. Seniority 15 lists shall be posted.
