Bargaining Unit Meetings. The Union will be permitted to hold a bargaining unit meeting quarterly two (2) weeks prior to a Labor/Management meeting. The meeting can be held on the University’s premises. The meeting will last no longer than one (1) hour. In the event the Union officer designated to chair the meeting is on duty he/she shall be released from duty to attend the meeting up to a maximum of one (1) hour.
