Bargaining Unit Member Initiated Transfers. A. Requests by a bargaining unit member for transfer to a different class, building or position shall be made in writing, on a “Request for Change in Assignment” Form (See Appendix I), and filed with the office of the Superintendent no later than the second Friday in February. The Form shall set forth the school and grade(s), building(s) and/or subject(s) sought. Such requests will remain valid for one (1) year or until withdrawn by the bargaining unit member within that year. A copy of all requests will be provided to the Association President. Upon notification to the Association President, filing may be made electronically during the term of this Agreement.

  • Bargaining Unit Member Rights 1. When an employee is to be interviewed or questioned concerning a complaint or allegation of misconduct, the employee will be informed of, prior to the interview, the nature of the investigation and whether the employee is the subject of the investigation or a witness in the investigation. If the employee is the subject of investigation, the employee will also be informed of the specifics of each complaint or allegation against him/her.
