BARGAINING UNIT MEMBER LOAD BANK. ‌ 21 Each full-time bargaining unit member will have a load bank. The intent of the load bank is to 22 allow bargaining unit members to manage fluctuations in load between semesters without a 23 negative impact on service credit for the state retirement system and ensure appropriate 24 payment for teaching. The balance shall be reported each semester on a Faculty Load Form, to 25 be signed by the bargaining unit member and supervising administrator no later than three 26 weeks after the census date.

  • Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel It is understood and agreed that there are times when non-bargaining unit employees may be required to perform work customarily performed by bargaining unit employees.
