Bargaining Unit Members will Sample Clauses

Bargaining Unit Members will prepare a written WLA proposal for each semester of the next appointment period or other specified time period, in consultation with a program coordinator or other appropriate administrator. The proposed WLA will be completed and submitted to the appropriate administrator by April 2 or at least forty days prior to the end of the current contract period if on an alternate academic year appointment.

  • Bargaining Unit Defined The bargaining unit shall comprise all employees included in the certification issued by the Labour Relations Board except those excluded by mutual agreement of the Parties or by the Labour Relations Code.
