More Definitions of Appointment Period

Appointment Period means and refer to the period of time commencing as of the date of the recordation of this Declaration and continuing until the earlier of: (a) the date one hundred percent (100%) of the Lots have been conveyed to Owners; or (b) any such earlier date as Declarant, in its sole discretion, elects to terminate the Appointment Period by written notice to the Association of such termination or as otherwise required by applicable law.
