Common use of Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local 4148 as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent for all employees as outlined in Article 2.01 save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor and persons covered by any other bargaining unit, and hereby agrees to negotiate with the Union, or any of its authorized committees, concerning all matters affecting the relationship between the parties, aiming towards a peaceful and amicable settlement of any difference that may arise between them.

Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Canadian Office & Professional Employees Union of Public Employees and its Local 4148 343 as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent Bargaining Agent for all employees as outlined in Article 2.01 its Employees save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor supervisors, three confidential employees and persons covered by any other bargaining unit, students employed during the school vacation period and hereby agrees to negotiate with the Union, Union or any of its authorized committees, committees concerning all matters affecting the relationship between the parties, aiming towards a peaceful and amicable settlement of any difference differences that may arise between them.
