Common use of Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for, and this Agreement shall cover, all registered nurses employed by the Employer as Staff Nurse, Nurse Team Leader and Per Diem Nurse at its hospital, but excluding supervisors and all other employees.

Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent forrepresentative for all regularly scheduled full-time, regularly scheduled part-time and this Agreement shall cover, all per diem registered nurses employed by engaged in patient care at the Employer as Staff NurseHospital, Nurse Team Leader and Per Diem Nurse at its hospitalexcluding supervisors, but excluding supervisors nursing care coordinators, temporary nurses, students, and all other employees. New classifications of registered nurses engaged in patient care established during the life of this Agreement shall be covered by this Agreement.

The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for, and this Agreement shall cover, all full-time, part-time and per diem registered nurses employed by the Employer as Resident Nurse, Staff Nurse, Nurse Team Leader RN Case Manager and Per Diem Nurse Charge Nurse, at its hospital, but associated clinics, or in its Hospice program, subject to the provisions of Article 1.2, excluding head nurses and other supervisors and all other employees.

The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent forrepresentative for all regularly scheduled full time, regularly scheduled part time and this Agreement shall cover, all per diem registered nurses employed by engaged in patient care at the Employer as Staff NurseHospital, Nurse Team Leader and Per Diem Nurse at its hospitalexcluding supervisors, but excluding supervisors nursing care coordinators, temporary nurses, students, and all other employees. New classifications of registered nurses engaged in patient care established during the life of this Agreement shall be covered by this Agreement.

The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for, and this Agreement shall cover, all full-time, part-time and Per Diem registered nurses employed by the Employer as Staff Nurse and Charge Nurse/Coordinator, Nurse Team Leader and Per Diem Nurse at its hospital, but excluding head nurses and other supervisors and all other employees.

Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes agrees to recognize the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent representative for, and this Agreement shall cover, all registered nurses regular full-time, part-time, and per diem Registered Nurses employed by the Employer as at its hospital in Resident Nurse, Staff Nurse, Charge Nurse Team Leader or other positions covered by this Agreement, excluding Unit Managers, Department Directors, guards, managerial employees, and Per Diem Nurse at its hospitalsupervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, but excluding supervisors and all other employees.

Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for, and this Agreement shall cover, all full-time, part-time and Per Diem registered nurses who provide direct patient care employed by the Employer as Staff including Nurse Team Lead, House Charge Nurse, Nurse Team Leader and Per Diem Nurse at its hospitalrelief positions, but excluding managers and supervisors and all other employees.

Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for, and this Agreement shall cover, all full-time, part-time and Per Diem registered nurses employed by the Employer as Critical Access Nurse, Staff Nurse, Nurse RN Critical Access Team Leader Lead, and Per Diem Nurse at its hospitalHouse Charge Nurse, including relief positions, but excluding managers and supervisors and all other employees.

The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for, and this Agreement shall cover, all full-time, part-time and per diem registered nurses employed by the Employer as Resident Nurse, Staff Nurse, Nurse Team Leader and Per Diem Nurse Charge Nurse, at its hospital, but associated clinics, or in its Hospice program, subject to the provisions of Article 1.2, excluding head nurses and other supervisors and all other employees.

Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Association Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for, and this Agreement shall cover, all full-time, part-time and per diem registered nurses employed by the Employer as Resident Nurse, Staff Nurse, Nurse Team Leader RN Case Manager and Per Diem Nurse Charge Nurse, at its hospitalhospital (including outpatient departments), but associated clinics or in its Hospice program, subject to the provisions of Article 1.2, excluding head nurses and other supervisors and all other employees.
