Bartenders. Only professional bartenders may tend bar at the Library of Congress.
Bartenders. Xxxxxxxxx’s last call to serve alcohol is 45 minutes before the end of the event; the bar closed at one half hour before end of event. Renter accepts all responsibility of both intentional and unintentional actions caused by guests as a result of alcoholic beverage consumption in regard to the scheduled event. It is the renter’s responsibility to monitor guests in regard to consumption and give specific direction to the bartender(s) for the purpose of guests’ safety.
Bartenders. All events on the premises at which alcohol is served require a bartender. The bartender reserves the right to refuse alcohol to anyone who is or appears to be intoxicated. The bartender may also ask for identification of anyone and will refuse alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age. Only the Owner’s bartenders may bartend at the facilities. A bartender’s cost is $20 per hour (“Bartender Amount”). A half hour of preparation before the bar opens and a half hour of clean up after the bar closes shall be included when determining the Bartender Amount.

Bartenders. The Letter obliges itself to appoint at least one bartender besides the appointed representative. This bartender is included in the hourly fee.
Bartenders. The bartenders are furnished by the renter. The bartenders must be over 21 years of age. No more than 3 people behind the bar at any time. All persons must be over 21 years of age to consume alcohol.
Bartenders. (a) Bartenders employed for banquets shall receive the Banquet Bartender rate provided they shall be employed or paid for not less than four (4) hours for each banquet function.
(b) In accordance with the present practice of the Employer, Banquet Bartenders are responsible for all setup and breakdown work in the banquet room. Barbacks, Bar Porters, or Convention Porters will be responsible for transporting portable bars to and from work areas.
Bartenders. If alcohol will be served during the Event, professional bartenders must be provided by the caterer and the Lessee is responsible for the fee charged. Lessee must provide a copy of bartender’s invoice prior to the Event.
