Landlord hereby represents and warrants to Tenant that, to the best of Landlord's knowledge and belief, Tenant's proposed use of the Premises as a Harry's In A Hurry in a manner which is typical of other existing Harry's In A Hurry stores located in and around the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia area as of the date hereof, does not violate any other lease within the Shopping Center nor any easement, restrictive covenant or other similar agreement recorded in the Real Property Records in the County in which the Premises are located or which are otherwise binding upon Landlord or the Premises.
